On 08 September 2022, Cambodia Indigenous Peoples Alliance (CIPA) issued a joint statement of the indigenous peoples in Cambodia on input in the draft amendments Law on Protected Area and Law on Forestry.
On 15-16 August 2022, indigenous peoples held a consultative workshop to collect input into the draft amendments to the Law on Protected Areas and the Law on Forestry in Siem Reap, with a total of 181 participants.
